OurBeginning

Country Contracts cc is a family owned business that is managed by current member and competent ASIB designer, Russ Lodetti. Country Contracts cc was registered in 1983 by founder and active member, Angelo Lodetti, initially sub-contracting to established fire protection companies for the erection of fire protection systems.

In 1990 the business moved to Durban and in 1991 it was registered with the Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau (Pty) Ltd or the ASIB. Since then Country Contracts has dramatically expanded to cover the full spectrum of fixed fire protection systems and solutions. The KZN business prides itself on quality workmanship and excellent service -from quote right through to after sales assistance.

OurPhilosophy

Employing a staff compliment of 65 including all our own fabricators, installers and repair technicians, Country Contracts cc is a 5SF CIDB rating and holds an installers accreditation with the ASIB.

The company carries contractual liability insurance of 20 million Rand, product liability of 10 million Rand and defective workmanship of 10 million Rand. Country Contracts is able to adhere to current safety legislation; this allows the undertaking of any major contract, irrespective of value, without restriction.
